McMinnville, Ore. – The Boxers competed in the Jenn Boyman Memorial Invitational hosted by Linfield today. The Boxers claimed the top three spots in the women's 1500m, with Maddy Hubbs winning in 4:56.29, Annie Berry in second (4:56.98) and Liz Bradley in third (5:00.12). .
Top Performers
Ally Hammond also won her events, running 15.44 in the 100m hurdles and 26.01 in the 200m. Six Boxers took second place in their events: Lucas Dahl took second in the 200m in 22.82, Ryder Mackay took second in the high jump (1.79m), Angelica Gatica Gomez took second in the 400m in 59.82, Makayla Tuiolemotu took second in the shot put (10.59m), Jonette Singh took second in the triple jump (10.34m), and Emily Rutkowski took second in the women's 400m hurdles in 1:06.66. Five Boxers took third place in their events: Henry Tierney in the 800m (1:55.50), Maddy Hubbs in the 800m (2:28.88), Alena Krull in the 5k (18:57.34), Lucas Dahl in the long jump (6.63m), Makayla Kraemer in the pole vault (3.06m).
