Sarah Quade represented Pacific on the 2024 All-Northwest Conference Women's Lacrosse Team.

The sophomore from Laurel, Maryland was voted honorable mention by the NWC coaches. Quade finished the 2024 season with 27 ground balls, 23 draw controls and eight goals. 

George Fox, the 2024 NWC Champions, had six players selected to the First Team, including Defensive Player of the Year Payton Bergren. 

Willamette junior Lily Bachiochi was voted Offensive Player of the Year. Whitman freshman Renn Novak was named Rookie of the Year. Willamette's Sarah Lautenbach was picked Coach of the Year.
