Top Performers

On Friday, a handful of jumpers and distance runners came out in wet, rainy conditions to test themselves against some great competition. Under the lights, sophomore Morgan Boddy raced to another Top Ten All-Time Pacific time in the 3000-meter steeplechase, clocking in a time of 11 minutes, 36.20 seconds to move her up to the No. 4 spot.

The following day, junior Ally Hammond blazed to a new school record time of 14.17 seconds in the 100-meter hurdles, winning the meet and is currently sitting #1 in the nation for the event. She later went out and broke another school record in the 200, running a time of 24.87 and finishing fifth overall.

"It is always special to have the opportunity to compete at Hayward Field" said Pacific head coach, Ryan Huntersimms. "All of our athletes had a great day. I believe that these performances will keep fueling the fire towards a strong championship season."
